Here’s How Much The Contestants Get Paid For Bachelor in Paradise

Have you ever wondered just how much (and if) the contestants get paid for appearing on Bachelor in Paradise?

Contestants who appear on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette don’t make any money for their appearances, unlike the lead of the show, who are typically paid $100,000.

What about their summer spin off Bachelor in Paradise?

The contestants earn anywhere from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on how long they stayed on the show.

“Some contestants get paid per day they are there, some get paid per episode they’re on, and some get paid a flat rate.”

As for Season 4 of Paradise, People  reported that ‘contestants would be compensated $12,500 for the adventure but might have the opportunity to earn more.’

According to CNN Money, the true power production has over how the show’s stars come off on-screen.

“[Producers have] the right to change, add to, take from, edit, translate, reformat or reprocess… in any manner… Producer may determine in its sole discretion.”
